Please note that for creating a desired fit, pattern and look of a product, alterations are required.

PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM-On receipt , in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Customer should also lodge a proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that SISM may peruse the same in future, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.
In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or , with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact SISM at email@example.com ,within 24 hours of receipt of product.
Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions of the SISM regarding the same.
In case of any other complaints, email SISM at firstname.lastname@example.org , within 24 hours of receiving the product.
DO NOT return any product , before receiving confirmation from SISM for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation , SISM does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.
The email should contain comprehensive details / Complaints of the single order / package delivery . Please note that SISM Shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations , on the basis of the customer's emails.
All defective products being returned to SISM shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier.
All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from SISM .
All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE , ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to SISM within (7) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from SISM.
Safe receipt of defective product by SISM is sole responsibility of the customer.
While returning the defective product , kindly mark the package as 'DEFECTIVE RETURNS'.
In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to customer , then SISM shall make the necessary modifications/alterations, AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER. In the rare circumstances when original fabric of the same color. CUSTOMER MAY HAVE TO BEAR THE COST OF SUCH REPLACEMENT FABRIC IN SUCH RARE CASES.
Obligation of the SISM
SISM shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer,and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately.
SISM shall send the replaced product at the earliest possible,at its own cost. In case the original product is no longer possible, you may be requested to select an alternate product,which shall be sent to you ,at the cost of SISM.
SISM shall bear all costs for shipping and delivery of the altered/modified/alternate product alterations and modifications of the products.
SISM shall not refund any amount under any circumstances,whatsoever.
In the event of the error having occurred on the part of the SISM,it shall still bear costs of alterations/modifications.
Not withstanding the above,SISM is under no obligations to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or store credit. SISM shall have sole discretion to assess each case separately.
In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever,SISM in unable to deliver certain products,Customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However,in case customer does not wish to select any alternate products,SISM shall agree to refund amount as against such non-deliverable products.
kindly note that credits against the customer's credit card account normally takes three (3) business days to be processed. There after, the corresponding bank of the customers may take about two (2) business days from the date of SISM processing the same, to show the said credits on the customer's accounts. Customer may the credits in their next credit card statement.
The details of the products or product (weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) as shown on the website of SISM only approximate values.
Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon South India Shopping Mall shipment to the shipping carrier.
While SISM shall make all endeavors to ensure accuracy of order of the product , however; there may occur variations in color of the actual product against that as shown on the website, due to nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.
A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on the website as against the actual color of the product received.
The Customer may take note of the following:
- The colors red , maroon and orange colors have a tendency to reflect a different shade than other colors. There may be certain variations between the product of such colors as seen on website and actual product.
- The colors green and blue at times may overlap. Same is the case with off-white, white and cream colors.
- Sea green color sometimes looks Aqua blue and the other way around.
- Products which are embellished with sequins, beads may a tendency to come off, in spite of all prudent care.
- SISM recommends the use of its sample blouse/ sample Salwar suit, size trail option , while placing orders for stitched products, in order to avoid errors of size/style, etc.
